Sonoma Backyard did a great job getting my hot tub working again. Their trouble shooter, Oliver, was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He communicated with me multiple times to keep me up to date with parts that were ordered.
When the parts came, he came out and installed them quickly.
Oliver was a very personable and didn’t seem at all phased by me watching everything. He was well organized and I could tell he doubled checked everything as he installed the new heater and control electronics.
